Shelf Deleted,Reload

My first question about maya...
It happens that when I delete the shelves that I don't use, they come back when I restart maya.
If I save the configuration also happens, the same if I save the workspace.
Any suggestions on how to delete them so they don't appear again.

Just those four shelves re-appear, not all, right?

I'd guess, it is because Xgen, Bifrost, MASH and Mograph are linked to the plug-in modules, that are programmed to take care of their interface. Since you don't use those shelves, you probably don't use those modules too, so it is rational to disable those from loading, and I believe the shelves won't reappear.

The list is located Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plugin Manager..
