I am very new to Maya and I am trying to rig a model from a tutorial. I imported the model and it was quite large so I tried to scale it down. I've attached two screenshots to show what happened. I have no idea how to fix this so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Freeze all transformations on the model "Modify">Freeze transformations...then group everything and scale to the size you want..Freeze again......now u can start rigging.
