Problem with Renderman Plugin

Hi. I'm using maya 2018, and I downloaded Renderman today.

However, when I tried to plug in Renderman, it said // Error: file: C:/Program Files/Autodesk/Maya2018/scripts/others/pluginWin.mel line 290: (RenderMan_for_Maya)

Does anyone know how to solve it?

I already tried presOld and make noew pres, but it was not a solution

or contact renderman support since this isn’t an autodesk product
