problem opening hypershade in Maya 2019

Hi Guys! I have a problem with opening Hypershade in Maya2019, when I open Hypershade, Maya freezes and it takes about 3 to 5 minuts to load the Hypershade window, I'll appreciate your help.   thanks

where are you facing this issue ? in a particular file or in a blank maya ?

I would suggest checking your Graphics Drivers and updating those to see if that fixes the issues.  Also what graphics card do you have? do you have enough free space in your C drive ?

yes even in a blank project and my graphic card is rtx2020 , windows 10 .
it was not used to be like this before, like one month ago.

Thanks for posting! In addition to @creationasif 's suggestions, I would also recommend the following:

• Install the latest update for Maya 2019 (update 2019.3).
• Reset your maya preferences to default

I renamed the prefs folder to (old_prefs) and it solved my problem.

documents >maya>version >rename prefs folder to what ever you want, or delete it> then after restarting, Maya itself creates a new prefs folder. 

you can copy your own shelfs or any other preferences into the new one.
