Panels missing - how to reset panel preferences?

Hello,

some panels do not open (Set editor) and some open only empty (hypershade).

Restarting did not change this.

How can I reset the panels (without resetting all preferences)?

I also have a backup of all preferences.

Hi @Alexx31 

Generally deleting your settings/preferences is what would solve this issue.

If you have all of your settings and preferences backed up this shouldn't be an issue as you can easily load you custom files back in.

is it possible to say, which ones are "only" for windows and panels, so I haven't to exchange all?

Maybe the issue came, because here is a new 4K panel which causes some strange behaviour.

I took some out until it worked...

In my case I think it was "MayaInterfaceScalingConfig"...
