Only last object created exists in my scene when i open up my file?

So im having this crazy and frustrating situation happening to me.  I can model fine in maya...  but when i open up a saved scene it will only show me the last object i created.  I can see the objects in my outliner but they do not exist in any viewport and I cannot access them.  If i select them in outliner I get pivot handles but nothing else.  Any point in the right direction would be extremely appreciated!!!

I have also tried maya 2019 and 2020...  having the same issues.  I have just gone through uninstalling and reinstalling and updating my graphics card.  nvidia p5000.

Thanks for listening.

Hi!

When you create a polygon cube and then a sphere and you save the scene and reload it, then only the sphere is in the scene?

Please provide a scene-file.

i tried it on another computer and it seems to be working? so not really sure what the problem on my main cpu is???  what would be the main culprit of not displaying previous geometry?

Hi!

The file is OK.

It seems you are using some settings on your computer that prevents you from seeing the objects.

Try a reset of your Maya Preferences.
Rename the folder prefs in folder 2020 to something like prefs_backup, or the folder 2020 to 2020_backup
(Don't copy preferences from previous Maya versions)
