If your far clipping plane is large as you have  you should increase the near...try 10.0

and make sure is not a reversed normals issue if you see black geometry.

thank u for your answer but

This solution does not work and there is no problem with reversed normals

i doI do not know why this problem occurs with me always When I work on Maya But with the 3d Max There is no such problem

By the way my VGA is

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

and I tried to use the Direct x 11 and open GL as the picture but same problem

Is there something to activate once to make the camera clip working automatically as 3ds Max

You can save your camera settings for the scale you like working, right above the camera attributes there a save preset button.

Are you on windows 10 or Mac?

what you can try after setting you clipping planes like damaggio said is to "frame selection" shortcut "f" per viewport or "shift+f" for all views. also "default home" in the viewports "view" menu (followed by a frame selection depending on object size) helped me with issues like that when the clipping planes don´t update in the view correctly.
