Motion Vector Is Driving Me Nuts

I've been trying for hours, read the manual, tweaked the camera and Arnold's settings but nothing works. The motion vector pass disappears when the camera is rotated, I have a complex match move scene and I can get any motion vector pass for that camera position. How can I solve this? This thing is driving me crazy, please help. 

I'm attaching and scene and video replicating the issue, thanks in advance for any clue. I'm really lost with this one

The motion vectors do not disappear, but the values can become negative, check the pixel values.
