Molecular Maya unable to access web resource when installed

When install the melecular maya plugin from https://clarafi.com/tools/mmaya/ to my maya 2019, it shows unable to access web resource to install mMaya, how can I deal with it？

Thanks for your post. Can you please send a screenshot of the error message? I would also suggest to contact the provider of the plugin,  Clarifi to sort out if the issue is known.

Thanks for posting! Since this tool is not created by Autodesk, our ability to troubleshoot it is a bit limited. As @Anonymous suggested, it would be best to get support directly from the company that made the plugin 🙂 have you had a chance to post on that forum?
