modelEditor1ViewSelectedSet

So what is this in Maya 2023?

modelEditor1ViewSelectedSet

Every time I create something it gets put into this set!
What use is it?

Apparently, it gets created once you choose to isolate the selection.

Once you deselect the option, the set gets auto-removed.

Its supposed to remove it but its broken in 2023 and will never get removed. Even if you open a new scene. Enabling Isolate Select once during a Maya session will make it so it can break for any scene you open until you close Maya and restart it.

if someone is still annoyed by this thing, you can execute this line in mel, "isolateSelect -state 0 modelEditor1;", this won't solve the problem, but it will hide it in the outliner for a while, you can add a button on the shelf to do it quickly, tested in maya 2022.5.
