Missing Menu Bar in Viewports

This is most likely an issue with your settings so a quick test you can try is deleting your settings/preferences.

Please let me know if anything changes!

I am fairly new to Maya, I do not know how to delete my settings. Can you
advise?

Sure thing, you can find the steps on this link but I'll paste them for Windows down below as well.

The steps are:

1. Use explorer to navigate to the following directory:
   
   C:\Users\USERNAME\My Documents\Maya\VERSION\

NOTE: If copy/pasting the path from above, edit USERNAME (custom username for the computer/account) and VERSION (version of the software in use) as appropriate​​.​​
 

1. Locate the prefs folder and rename it to prefsOld.
2. Restart Maya. If prompted to, select the option to Create Default Preferences.
