Hello everyone I am trying to install the Mental Ray Plugin for Maya 2015
My issue is Mental Ray will not install
this error comes up
I was reffered to some solutions by an autodesk agent involving these https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Service-Pack-Does-not-in...
I already have full permissions on my computer and tried some of the options listed involving security settings.

Hi @Anonymous! Welcome to the community!
What you have installed is not the Mental Ray plugin for Maya 2015, but the update for Mental Ray delivered together with the Service Pack 6 for Maya.
The proper installer for Mental Ray should be located in one of the subfolders of the install folder of Maya 2015.
