MAYA STACK TRACE ERROR PROGRAM WILL NOT OPEN

I am running Mac OS 10.12.3, I am a student, I am running Maya 2017. I was creating a tiny house. I moved something and it woudln't take. THEN the program shut down on me. NOW I cannot reopen it. I tried to reinstall to no avail. ANY suggestions. I'll even give someone my phone number if they'll be able to help me. I am in CT USA I NEED HELP FAST

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE help me with this???????? I CANNOT open Maya.....WHY the HECK don't they offer tech support phone numbers for students. WE are the ones who need it most!!!!!!!!!!

i know it's certainly too late to help you, but any other students reading this: try to download a free trial version to finish your projects, then ask professors or peers for help. i will post an update if i can figure this out.

This is happening also when I try launching Maya 2019. I am running it on a Mac OS Catalina.

How do I resolve this? I blew away preferences, but that didn't work.

Hello, I hope you see this. I am having this exact issue with Maya and no clue on how to fix it. The year of the program doesn't matter I've downloaded 2023-2025 and all refuse to work. I've been allowed an extension to my project, but this poses problems for future work because I can't open any Maya files.
