Maya Rotate Handle Issue

Hi can anyone answer what might be causing this issue? It one most of the lab PC's but not all. I have reset the Rotate and Maya setting/preferences. The pivot handles are all deformed, idk what the issue is.

This looks like a problem with your graphic card (/ driver).

I guess you use an embedded GPU.

- Try different Viewport modes / Render engine settings like "DirectX".
 

Or

- Make sure you use a proper 3D graphic card for Maya.
- Update graphic card driver (maybe just re-install after an OS update), or
- downgrade graphic card driver.
