This could be a driver issue with your GPU.
What GPU are you using and is the driver the same as our certified hardware list?
You can find our certified hardware list here!

While the drivers are up to date, do they match our certified system requirements?
You can find our certified system requirements here!
Also a simple fix you could try is deleting your settings/preferences.
