Maya 2016 Extension 2 Download Link

Please advise where I gain access to Maya Extension 2, as I cannot locate it in my account anywhere. Extension 1 is still available in the Product Enhancements archive, but its no longer listed under the ECSU Updates & Add-ons section like it was in the past. In fact that the ECSU updates section for 2016 is now completely blank, when I'm pretty sure it was populated with data when I last downloaded Extension 1.  The 2015 suite for example still has everything in its update section.

With this "English" filter applied I could only see extension one but once it is removed extension two is visible as well. If you were having the same problem as me, this is what you have to click:

Are we talking about same thing?

May be you are on DESKTOP SUBSCRIPTION while some, me too, are on MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION with perpetual license?

Have found the download.. installed now licensing issues.

I had the same problem with my commercial installaion.

With the Maya Extension 2 installation I have installed the new LMTools too, but the installer installed it to C:\\Autodesk directory, while my old LMTools installation was in programs\Autodesk directory.

I had to copy it manually to the right directory and had to re link the files (license, log, a.s.o.) in the service tab.

That worked for me.

May be your links in LMTools are broken, too.

Haha, same here! The installer finally showed up in my account, now I can't license it. I'm good for 30 days but seriously WTF Autodesk!

Yes, this "may" work only for non ECS users. Disable the "English" filter. I haven't heard any new news regarding when the problem for ECS users wil be fixed, other than people are investigating. The snag here is that this was an unusual release, meaning that that we have never released an Ext2 quite like this before, and apparently there are some nuances that were unexpected.

Its fixed for me on my ECSU page without changing languages or anything, so thanks Autodesk!

Has anyone here who has the Entertainment Creation Suite (commercial) been able to activate the Maya Ext2 update?

When I try to activate, I get a invalid serial number message, yet it is the same serial number that is in my subscription account. Support tells me to uninstall the suite and reinstall and then run the Maya Ext2 update, but I feel I'll have the same problem.

I was getting the same error. I used LMTools to send the license back and then re-import the license, it seemed to fix it.

if its the same problem i had the solution was simply to start the ext 1 and i was asked to enter serial and product code again. then ext.2 was running as well.
