I've a black and white map attached to random node strength map.
I expect random point in white and no randomness in black areas. But I still get some "spots" , some random points in black areas
This is an example with a ramp in strength map.
Even in the black areas there are random values.
I expected black to be zero. This also happens with texture maps.
I added this sample scene.

I can reproduce this, even with a fresh scene and Texture on MASH Random.
Please report this problem (bug?) to Autodesk.
