Logging into Maya forum security code

Each time that I log into this forum I need to request a login code from Autodesk.  Is this normal? 

I would simply like to enter my name & password and be done with it but no such luck.

Is there a feature to deactivate this?

my guess is you turned on 2 factor authentication for your account

Thanks for the reply.  I believe you are correct and I changed the settings.    There was a 2 step requirement that I wasn't aware of.
