Joint Conflicts

Hey guys . im new to maya. 

how to fix this .? i think i made some mistake and now all my join moving individually

Normaly if i move Hips , all joint will follow..

Please Help

Hi, 

 

hold CTRL+SHIFT and in viewport right click and untick Preserve Children.

 

You can find this option also in Tool Settings tab for Move Tool.

Yeah it looks like you may have missed a step somewhere.
