fbx exporting automatically turns off

I have maya 2020 and the fbx export option constantly turns off. I am able to manually go in and turn it back on, but the next time I open maya it does the same thing. I noticed other users have experienced the same problem with the same version, but no reponses on how to fix this issue.

Is there any way to let autodesk know so they can look into the issue? Perhaps its something related to the new version of maya.

hi @Anonymous 

make sure this option is checked in the preferences :

any time we want to we can save those changes manually 

plug-in changes getting save with the preferences 

P.P.S : there is options for UI changes depends to scene file as well

yes it worked when I went into manually save the preference setting! Thank you guys!
