FBX_DAE Exporter does not include in-between blend shapes

Hello,
I am working with blend shapes and exporting to DAE. It seems that the FBX_DAE exporter does not include the in-between blend shapes in the .dae file --
I have a simple example project -- 1 cube with 1 blendshape and an in-between. This should result in 3 library_geometries in the .dae file, but it only results in two.
Importing into Cinema4D or SceneKit both show the cube with a single blend-shape that does not reflect the in-between.
Is there some kind of workaround for this?
I'm attaching an extremely simple test project and its corresponding exported dae.
