I've managed to recover some parts of your file, you saved your scene with a lot of history and you should never do that to avoid corrupting your file. I would recommend getting a Maya class online or going to a 3D school program to learn from the ground up. Also your scale is very small , you should try to work in real world scale and you've been using a lot of standard Maya shaders that are  useless in general (outdated) specially since you are rendering with Arnold.

I hope you can continue with your bike model, Cheers.

That's all that was able to recover. Do you have incremental saves?

Okay, well remember to save it next time, at least you were modeling with a .ma scene.

Unfortunately you gonna have to model the engine again but it shouldn't take too long.

Start by cleaning up the file and adjusting the scene scale and basic shaders.
