Extra vertexes on object creating black patches.

So I created a character on ZBrush and Imported to Maya 2020, to retopologize.

When I imported, I noticed there were mutiple parts of the character that had this black parts. When inspecting up close, I realised that there appered to have a lot of strange place vertexes, and those were making the model have those black parts. I will attach some screenshots to better show what is happening. I tried to use the mesh cleanup function but it remained the same. I can delete these vertexes by hand but they take a real long time to do so and most of the time when deleting one of those "bad" vertexes, they end up deleting a vertex on another side of the character, and it makes the objects take on weird shapes.

So is there anyway to fix it? On zbrush these vertexes are also there, and I don't know how to fix them there either.

You have exported all the sub meshes from Zbrush. I can help cleaning it up if you share the file.
