Hi Maya Team,
We are getting these errors in Maya when Maya 2018.2 is launching.

Do you know what could it be?
Thank you very much for your time.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!
It looks like the errors are pointing to Arnold.
Are these errors stopping you from launching Maya or do they just appear as you launch?
If you can open Maya, you can try unloading the Arnold plug-in and re-loading it.
Let me know if anything changes!

Hi @Anonymous
In that case, please try unloading and reloading the Arnold mtoa plug-in.
If that doesn't work, you can also try deleting your settings/preferences.

Hi @Anonymous
So what happened? Did it work at first then stop working?
Also, when you uninstalled and reinstalled, did you perform a clean uninstall/reinstall of Maya?

yes, it is strange. once it's with error and once is not. 😕
I don't understand why.
Yes, the installations were fine.
Hi @Anonymous
Ok, can you try uninstalling Arnold completely?

Hi Sean,
could you please give me the right path to the uninstall software - arnold? We could not find it. 😞
Thanks
Hi Sean,
unfortunately we still have some issues in with that error. We uninstalled Arnold and it is still there.
What to do next?
Thanks
Hi @Anonymous
Hmm ok.
What are the pc specs of your machine?
Steps to find your pc specs can be found here!
Also, you said the install went fine, but did you perform a clean uninstall/reinstall of Maya?
Finally, could you try installing an older version of Maya like 2017 and see if the same issue occurs?

Here is a screenshot.
If you want more details, then where should I send them?
Thank you.
