Error Maya 2016 !!

Folks I'm having a little problem which is the following every time I try to "create" a sphere in Maya 2016 it gives this error: 

 

ERROR: NameError:File<maya console>line 1: name 'CreatePolygonShere' is not defined !

 

What can I do to fix this?

Hi @Anonymous have you tried deleting your settings/preferences?
