Cant install maya 2018

i already install maya 2017 student version after that i found maya 2018 student version more better then 2017 and i uninstall maya 2017.  After that i cant install maya 2018. 

take a long time to initialization and then nothing happen..

Hello,did you manage to install it?If not,can yo u tell me what happens when you try to install it ? Does it only stay on loading part or it gives you some error ?

Have you disabled your firewall and anti-virus programs during the install? Sometimes they can block the Autodesk server. You can also re-download the software from our Virtual Agent and try the installation again.

Are you using the Install Now method? If yes, delete you Maya downloads and extracted materials (C:\Autodesk). Redownload Maya using the Browser Download method instead.

You might also want to try and run the Microsoft FixIt tool and see if anything’s up with that.
