Can't open mb file, always stuck on reduse (Maya 2017)

Hi! (Maya 2017) The program works fine with all the files. And this file always hangs on this moment. how can i open it i really need it. Or how can I turn off reducing polygons? (esc not working). Can someone help me?

Hi!

You should have used "delete history".

If the reference file is the problem, then open it and delete history. If it's a object in your main scene the file may be corrupted. (This problem happens mostly when opening a file with history from a previous version of Maya)

Agreed. If this is happening when you're trying to load the reference I would first open the reference and clean that up (delete history/ non-deformer history if needed, optimize scene size etc) then try to re-load the reference file in the main scene.
