BOSS simulation jerk / interruptions / tremble

hello 

i have a major problem with animating the boss system. M2018

i  animated an ocean with changing waves from small to big to small and so on ... 

i tryed different values single and in combination ...  / like wave hight / wind speed / wind direction etc ..  

no matter which value i animate i get more or less interruptions or jerks in the animation.

the point is the animation works , feels evenly till one or more tiny tremble milli seconds / 1 Frame / ..  and its seams randomly .. i was checking the keyframes if there is a problem and if they are sync with the interruption but no.. 

i have no idea what i am doing wrong ?!!!! 

please pleas help me out with this .

i rendered different variations .. every  the same problem ..

is it a bug ? what is it and how can i solve the problem
