autodesk communication failure

Hi yall! I got a problem with installation of  Autodesk Maya 2018. When I try to open the  " Setup.exe" I get the

ERROR. Screenshot is below! I don't know how to solve that... I have been searching for some answers but I didn't find any answer which can really help. I deleted this programme for 3 times and downloaded for 3 times again. If anybody can help, thank u before that!!!

Hi,

I saw this once before when I moved the downloaded installer to a different location before launching it? Did you move the downloaded installer before launching it?  Also, I think you need to launch while you are still connected to Autodesk (i.e., download and launch while connected).

But I didn't move downloader before installation and I actually don't know how to connect to Autodesk. It seemed me that the root of the problem is disconection from Autodesk, how can I return that connection ? My net is fast...
