xGen problems

Hello everyone, I am having some issues with xGen (again) I am quite new to it.  It would be wonderful if someone could help.

So here is the thing, I am doing eyebrows with xgen, and at some point just some of the hair freezes itself and is locked in freeze whatever I do , it also has a weird shape that I didn't give to the hair. here are some pictures to show you. 

Has anyone had this problem before ? 

I tried checking on every layer, selecting them all to un freeze , checked the other description in case, I don't know what to do.

The problem was actually that the base of the hair was inside and further than I thought, I don't have the issue any more but still don't know why it suddenly became very big.
