Hi, I am using Maya 2018 student version in Mac OSX and all of my Arnold renderers, shaders and aistandard surfacers suddenly went missing. I quit and restart the programme but the Arnold still missing. I tried to search how to reboot the application but don't understand the directions where I need to find the prefs file. tried finding but not there.

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the community!
If that doesn't work, you may want to perform a clean uninstall/reinstall of Maya.

I've had my 2018 educational licence for three months now and never did notice an error message about missing Arnold until I upgraded my Mac OSX from El Capitan to Mojave this weekend. I can't find a way to map Arnold, despite earlier advice in this thread. I tried to download and re-install but it says I can't download Arnold on my education licence because it's on my personal computer, not an institutional one. How can I get Arnold on here? Thanks in advance.

Just a quick update: @samantha_ling is correct and so are you, Sean. I found the area where to check Load and Auto-load, and everything works as it should. Thanks to you both!
