Hello!
Usually when I have to make a custom install (ODIS) of an Autodesk product. I go to this website first -> https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&filters=class-lab -> Chooses my product -> deploy via multi-seat standalone license -> installs the product and activates it (with the info I received in the license e-mail) -> waits a couple of days for it to get available on this website -> https://manage.autodesk.com/products/deployments -> so I can make a final custom install of it, and use to deploy silently to our computer labs.
I know need to install the latest Arnold plugin for Maya 2022 (5.3.4.1) on our Computer Labs on our University. I have followed the exact same procedure. But I get this error -> https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Licensing-error-A-...
The solution doesn't work, because the folder ADUT does not exist.
So I can't activate it, and if I can't activate it, I can't make a custom install of it to deploy silently.
How do I proceed of doing a custom install of Arnold?
That's a 3ds Max 2017 kb article.
When does Arnold give you an error 110?
AFAIK Autodesk doesn't support multi-seat standalone licenses for Arnold, so if that's what you got from the Edu site, that will never work.
Error 110 is when I try to activate it. I got the article from the support, when I made a ticket about it.
The question still remains how to make a custom install, like with other Autodesk products.
Is this a multi-seat single user Edu subscription? I don't think that works with Edu Arnold.
I have access to two different license types. I have attached pictures of the e-mails I received from https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview?sorting=featured&filters=class-lab
