This tutorial doesn't achieve the exact results of that Houdini video but it should help get you started!

Thank you, but ithis is a very basic tutorial. I mean about an expression on particles where the p1 attracted by p2. I'm talking about some perparticles expression that create this effect.

Ah ok that would require some really fancy work within Maya and/or scripting work which I can't provide for you since that's technically outside of technical support.

It's also worth noting that Maya and Houdini are very different programs and how one things is accomplished in Houdini may not be as simple to do in Maya and vice versa.
