Renaming xGen Collections and descriptions.

Hello. I am working on a project where i had lots of trials and errors getting xgen to work and do what I wanted. As a result my xGen files have names that I don't want in my final project. Is there a correct way to change the names of both without messing the project? (i know xgen is a bit sensitive about folders and names).  

I tried to rename the descriptions on the outliner and it seemed to work, but the Collections doesn't work that way.

Hi @joaosacadura and welcome to the community!

It is possibly but generally I wouldn't recommend it because like you said Xgen can be very finnicky when it comes to names of files, naming conventions etc.

That said, is it just the collection you want to rename or are there other parts as well?
