Maya crashes

Hi, I wonder if anyone else has the same problem as me? I'm using pro rig and tried Maya2022 and 2023, both versions would crash without any notice. Does anymore know how to fix this? The ticket number is 759448786

Hello,

Can you provide more details?  Is there anything special about the rigs you are using and what operations are you doing when you crash?  ie/keying, manipulating, playing back?  What evaluation mode is set?  Is GPU override enabled?  Is cached playback enabled?

Hi! Thank you for getting back to me. Apologies for the delay, I was
troubleshooting and want to bring in some specific questions. The crashing
problem seems to go away after I redownloaded Maya and the rig. But I
started to have issues like this: the texture map is gone. I attached some
screenshots. One with the rig, and one with a simple polygon. Both have
problems loading texture attributes. Thank you for your help! [image:
