Maya 2020 frezees when I try to open the file I previously worked with

Hi everyone!

I have a huge problem. I did the animation in Maya, saved the file, but when i tried to open it only 2 hours later, it freezes. I've already tried to reset the preferences, deleting them from folder... I don`t know what to do...

I was able to open this file without problems in 2020, 2022, 2023 and my current internal build.

What OS are you running Maya on?  Also, are you using an update release, or 2020 gold release?

Is there any info in the output window?
