How to RIG a Full body Anatomy

hi.

I have a full-body model including its skeleton and muscles.

each of them is an individual model. I'm looking for a proper way to rig them like this video provided from zygote anatomy. you can see how the muscle flexing when they move the controller. each muscle is overlapping on top of another and the bones are going to be the base of the rig for the muscles.

how to approach this rigging method??

AHHHH...FLASHBACKS!  I did exactly this for FIGHT SCIENCE and SPORTS SCIENCE!  And I think it was Zygote models I used.  LOL.  As you said, start with the bones.  That's your foundation for the muscles.  Then start with the muscles closest to the bone and work your way out to the superficial muscles.  Rig each one independently so you can control the sliding and the squash and stretch.  It's a fun challenge.  And rewarding when it all comes together.  Good luck.
