I just learned how to simulate a cloth with ncloth and was surprised how easy it is. I recently modelled a bracelet and I want to create a small animation out of it: The bracelet has to be covered by the simulated cloth (needs to fully covers the bracelet) and then the cloth has to "slip" on the right side. So basically the cloth needs to change shape by each frame. Does anyone know how it works?

You said the solution yourself. You would simulate the cloth. Use your bracelet as a collision object. As for choreographing the slide to the right, you can use a transform constraint or a force. The constraint will be easier.
