Selecting the main controller and moving it makes mesh strange.

Hello. I am a student studying Maya. (I apologize in advance for my poor English because English is not my native language.)
I made my own model and rigged it as advanced skeleton5.

Later I moved it on trial and noticed that it had a problem.

As mentioned in the title, holding the main controller and moving or rotating it makes the form of mesh strange.

I've rigged the other models in exactly the same way but it hasn't caused any trouble.

I tried hard to compare and analyze the two files to solve this problem on my own, but with my knowledge I couldn't figure anything out.

I only have the conjecture that something may have gone wrong with the BendSystem in my file, and I don't know what the direct problem is.

I want to solve this problem as soon as possible and move on to the next stage of my work.

I hope someone wise will let me know what the problem is and how to fix it.

(I uploaded both my mesh file and rigged file because I used a reference editor to load the mesh during the rigging operation.)
