Rig keeps crashing my scene when posing

I tried to animate a well reviewed paid rig but everytime I move and add a keyframe on the root, this happens and crashes. Or sometimes it just crashes.

Did anybody had that issue with a rig ?

Tried to import and also juste referencing, nothing work

Hello, 

I think disabling GPU override in the Animation preferences will resolve that issue.  Can you install the latest update for Maya?  That would likely resolve the issue as well.
