Object deformed when rotating controller curve

Hello, I am new to rigging and I went on group the object (cube) into a curve to group it for easier to rotate and such but every time I rotate the object by rotating it's curve the object always ended up being deformed. I tried using joints and groupping it normally but the deformation seems to keep returning. Is there any idea what is happening here ? How can I fix this problem ?

Here is the picture for said problem, like what I mentioned. This only consist of curves and object.

(Before Rotation)

before rotationbefore rotation

(After rotation, but the problem only appears when the two further curves are being rotated not the first curves that located closer to the body)

after rotation (note: only the last two curves do this kind of deformation)after rotation (note: only the last two curves do this kind of deformation)

Here is my outline as well for further analysis.

All the scale attributes within the hierarchy tree should be uniform, at the best 1.0,1.0,1.0, or at least like .274,.274,.274.. here it seems that it is not so. My guess is that you can set all the rotations to 0 and do FreezeTransforms on the root curves (HandR, HandL etc), which will also reset the curve translations. Optionally you can Select>Hierarchy, which will ensure every geo and curve is selected, then do freeze.

I tried the first solution, edited the poly and all and nothing happened. Guess I don't really understand the first option you gave me 😞 But the second one that involving hierarchy and freeze worked just fine 🙂 Thank you for the solution !
