Full body ik rig

Hi,
Do any of you guys know if there's a tutorial somewhere where I could learn to do a full body ik system?
(the functionality can be seen in the following video at around 1:10)

Create an HIK Rig and then choose full Body IK in the HIK Window.

Thanks for the response 🙂 
I'm trying though to find out how I can put the functionality you can see in the video into my own rig setup. So when you drag the ik arm around it affects the whole body like in the video. Hope this describes it a little better

First of all if you are using a custom HIK Rig you wont get full IK functionality. But if you create a control rig from the HIK menu you can do it by switching to full body mode.
