I have student account and I couldn't run lighting analysis. It showed that I have no student account but I am sure that I apply for student license.

Hello.

The Student Revit license doesn't automatically come with an entitlement for Lighting, so you may have to add it manually. Here's a forum post describing where to find the cloud service access entitlements.

Hi,

I went through the links you gave but my management page is different from
what I saw in the links. Mine is like attachment. I could not find user
management button to set up my access to Insight lighting plug-in. I have
no idea what to do next. Please give me other solution.

Regards,

Hello,

There was bug impacting Lighting Analysis cloud credits for student accounts. It has been fixed and a new plugin installer posted on the Insight Downloads page. Please uninstall the version you are using and install the new one.

Please click the "Accept as Solution" button if this solves your issue or answers your question so that others may also benefit from the information.
