Problems with Cloud Credits or no access to Lighting are usually due to an issue with 'account' vs 'contract' assignments, or entitlement/access to 'Insight - Lighting Analysis for Revit'.
A 'contract' is what has the credits, and your 'account' (login) can be assigned to any number of contracts.
Your contract manager (could be you) would need to assign entitlement/access to 'Insight - Lighting Analysis for Revit'.
Check manage.autodesk.com in the 'Manage' section.
On your Products tab, you should see this:
If your account is a member of a subscription contract, your contract manager (could be you) should see this on your Users tab:
Hover over the Revit product to see the Additional Access, and/or click on Edit Access to modify and see details.
Clicking Edit Access to check your entitlements/access shows this:
You should have Lighting Analysis for Revit checked.
On the Reporting tab, double check that the contract # that has the credits also has the access to Lighting Analysis for Revit
(my number is redacted here)
If all of this fails, please send us your Lighting Log File (TXT file with the name of your Revit model) from C:\Autodesk\RevitDaylighting.
This will log the contract ID number or numbers that Lighting is trying to use, and will tell us if Lighting thinks you have access or not.
You can also check the log file yourself to be sure that thing line up with your manage.autodesk.com settings:
Hope this helps!
