vb.net - Open file with Inventor View

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to open a file for viewing with Inventor view. I would like to do this by code, but I can't find any documentation about this subject.

Any ideas, links, tips?

        I am in need of display the 3D models in windows form through using inventor View.

       i followed the instructions in your shared link("http://modthemachine.typepad.com/my_weblog/2013/03/"), i tried to show to 3d models in the form i got below problems

        1. Not able to load the "InventorViewCtrl.ocx" file in the windows form Tool Box List even though i registered the OCx file using regsvr32. While adding the control to the tool box it shows the error "self-registration failed"

        Currently am using windows 7 machine with 64 bit configuration.   

         Could you please provide the solution for the above problem

Because the company that employs me uses Inventor 2014 still and this is not available.
