Sketch Driven Pattern takes too much time or hangs to generate multiple work points

Hi Everyone,

I observed that sketch driven pattern takes too much time or hangs during generation of work points. I followed the below processes

a) Create a sketch with number of points (more than 1000) in XY plane.

b) Create a work point in one of the points on the sketch.

c) Click on sketch driven pattern, select the sketch and work point (as feature) then click OK.

Now it is saying "executing the sketch driven pattern" and taking much time (more than 20 minutes) to complete the task.

Is there any other way around to solve it or any other process to get the same result?
