Replace Reference without opening a Inventor Document through vb.net

I am Using File Descriptor to Replace the all Files in Inventor Document and It is Working Only Inventor Document Visible (Invapp.Documents.Open("Path", True )) but it is not Working (Invapp.Documents.Open("Path", False)). I Don't know why it isn't Replaced. Can anyone Please help me to sort out this Problem Asap.

What is the reason for not opening it visible?

This is needed to replace if I am correct!

I use screenupdate to false to hide the files. 

Afterwards I set it to true again.

Actually Iam working on Add-in tool for Pick a Inventor file (ipt or iam) from Library (which we are created and Using regularly). Some times need to copy a library file from library to folder to project folder. In this time we need to rename the file (Adding prefix) and Copying. But this process will completely need in hidden only. In Add-in tool apprenticeserverdocument is not working. So I have to open each referenced document as false and replacing references and inventor files using replacereference and Putilogiccustomreference.
