Isolated Constrained Parts in version 0.1

Hi,

Kent Keller did a great job making a smart program to isolate constrained
parts. I took the opportunity to add some code about selecting parts so the
program now can be started without selecting a part and it is possible to
select a new part to isolate on.

I also added some code about storing the startup position in the registry so
the program remembers its placement on the screen nest time is it started.

If anyone wants to add some code to enhance this program, please feel free.
(is this OK with you Kent?)

The code is placed in the customer-files group under same subject.

PS. Kent, bear with me, I suppose my English is a little rusty/unstable
(lets call it an "unexpected grammar error") and I'll be more careful with
my choice of words

You crack me up, but it sure is nice to have someone with your VB knowledge help us
mortals out

I have about 2 to many irons in the fire right now but I will check it out as soon as I
can..... and Hey ... a community project sounds fine to me.

I think the biggest thing it needs is speed!! and it sounds like it still doesn't select
the constraint on exit?? Will find out when I get a chance to look at it.
