Hi guys. I'm starting to write some scripts and I'm just trying to get my
head around programming (I'm a greenhorn).
I was writing a script to just drill a hole through a cube (hey, gotta start
somewhere) which uncovered the fact that I don't quite understand this whole
referencing component definitions thing. I had referenced it one way (copied
from another scirpt) and it never let my hole feature work. This I
referenced the part document first, then the component def within that part
doc and everything went swimmingly well... but I DON'T KNOW WHY!
Is there a reasonable explanation of when you should use each reference,
because if there is, I can't find it...
