Inventor Desktop Content Access Read Only

I have a new installation of Inventor 2021 on a new laptop. I'm trying to import a custom library for 8020 Profile Extrusions with an .idcl file.

When creating the library, I get an error icon in the list, and the access is set to read only. In fact, all the libraries are read only. I've changed the folder to Read/Write but no success. Anyone have suggestions?

It definitely needs migration, but why is it read only? Shouldn't I be able to edit it?

Your “8020”and “My Library” library files looks to be the only custom files there that would be writable when activated. All other files are read only standard content. If you wish to edit any of the content of those files the families would need to be copied to My Library or similar.
